Your partner for fibre-reinforced plastics

Haufler Composites offers a broad range of materials and auxiliary materials for the production of fibre composite components.

We supply carbon fibre fabrics, carbon roving, carbon fibre prepregs, carbon fibre non-crimp fabrics, glass filament fabrics, aramid fabrics, peel ply, release agents, epoxy resin, vacuum films, block materials and more.
Most of our products are always in stock and available at short notice. We also supply customer-specific specialities, such as fabrics with specific structures, with aviation approval, or semi-finished products prepared with binders.

Haufler Composites produces customised semi-finished CFRP sheets.

Endless fibre-reinforced high-performance plastics are created using high-quality carbon fibre fabrics and carbon fibre non-crimp fabrics, combined with thermoplastics like PEEK or thermoset systems like epoxy.

We also product near-net-shape moulded parts using the press method if semi-finished boards are not up to the task.

Haufler Composites produces customised semi-finished CFRP sheets.

CFRP components

With its low weight, high stiffness and low thermal expansion, carbon offers great potential if components need to move quickly and precisely.

CNC processing of composite materials

We specialise in CNC processing of fibre composites. Our products range from simple cut geometries to complex components processed on multiple sides using CNC milling.

To ensure the highest possible accuracy, CNC processing of high-precision carbon components is performed in a separate, climate-controlled production area.

Fibres

Haufler Composites offers a comprehensive range of high-quality fibre composite materials for the production of composite components. The focus is on semi-finished carbon fibre products - fabrics, non-crimp fabrics and prepregs. Alongside industrial, design and aerospace types, the range includes high-modulus semi-finished products as well as customer-specific versions. To complete the offering, Haufler Composites also supplies semi-finished glass fibre products, aramid fibres and hybrid fabrics.

Sika epoxy resins

Haufler Composites supplies high-performance composite epoxy resins from Sika. They are designed for mould making and for composite production relating to vehicle and boat building, wind power and industrial applications.

We have resins for all common processing methods, such as hand lamination, infusion, pultrusion, winding and resin transfer moulding. Different temperature ranges, viscosities, pot lives and glass transition temperatures can be achieved with various combinations of resin and hardening agent.
